Who We Are.
At Undone., we believe the systems that shape our communities can be reimagined, not just reformed. Our work lives at the intersection of cultural accountability, community healing, and strategic change. We support organizations, coalitions, and leaders who are ready to unlearn, reflect, and rebuild with intention.
We offer culturally grounded services to organizations working in mental health, public health, education, and policy. Whether you're supporting people, shifting systems, or shaping strategy, we bring care and cultural clarity to the process.
We offer more than just consulting or evaluation. We create space to pause, listen, and approach the work differently. Whether it's through community-centered data collection, equity-rooted strategy, or reflection sessions with leadership teams, we hold space for growth that is real, grounded, and based in relationships.
This practice was born from a deep love for underserved communities and a refusal to replicate harm in the name of progress. Undone. supports clients in moving beyond surface-level change. Our services are designed to question unspoken norms and practices, especially those that cause harm without even being noticed.
We move with intention on purpose. We build trust before jumping into deliverables. And we keep people, culture, and care at the center of everything we do.
Our Name.
The name Undone. is a declaration. It reflects our commitment to unraveling the systems, expectations, and patterns that no longer serve us. These are the systems built without our voices, sustained without our consent, and normalized without our well-being in mind. To undo something is not to abandon it, but to return to its foundation, examine what holds it together, and remove what harms so that something more liberating can emerge.
We move with reverence for those who came before us, honor those working toward change today, and hold space for those who will come after us. Our work is an offering to all three: to continue legacies of resistance and care, to lighten the weight carried in the present, and to leave something freer and more truthful for the future.
The period at the end of our name is intentional. It is not just punctuation. It is a pause, a full stop, and a signal. It reminds us that some cycles must end, some harms must be named and addressed, and some ways of doing business must be closed out before something new can begin. In that stillness lies the opening for a different way forward.
