Who We Are.
At Undone., we believe systems can be reimagined, not just reformed. Our work sits at the intersection of cultural accountability, community insight, and strategic change.
We partner with organizations, teams, and leaders who are navigating complexity, misalignment, or the limits of their current approach. Together, we examine what is actually happening, name what is not working, and build strategies that are more aligned, accountable, and effective.
Our services span evaluation, strategy, and advisory support across sectors, including mental health, public health, education, technology, and policy. Whether you are shaping internal practices or influencing broader systems, we bring cultural clarity and rigor to the work.
We do more than deliver recommendations. We create the conditions for honest reflection, informed decision-making, and meaningful change. This includes community-informed data collection, equity-grounded strategy, and facilitated spaces where leadership can engage the work with depth and accountability.
Undone. was built from a refusal to replicate harm in the name of progress. We help clients move beyond surface-level change by questioning the norms and practices that often go unexamined, especially those that cause harm without being named.
We move with intention. We build trust alongside the work. And we focus on change that is designed to hold, not just to perform.
Our Name.
Undone. reflects our commitment to examining and reshaping the systems, expectations, and patterns that no longer hold up to the realities they are meant to serve. Much of what organizations inherit or build over time becomes normalized without being fully questioned. We focus on creating the space to step back, understand what is actually working, and address what is not.
To undo something is not to discard it entirely. It is to return to its foundation, understand how it functions, and make intentional decisions about what should be kept, changed, or released. This process allows for more thoughtful, aligned, and effective ways of working to take shape.
Our work is grounded in an understanding that change does not happen in isolation. It builds on what came before, responds to what is needed now, and considers the long-term impact of the decisions being made. We approach this with care, clarity, and a responsibility to the people and systems involved.
The period at the end of our name is intentional. It signals a pause, a point of clarity, and a decision to stop what is no longer aligned. It marks the moment where reflection turns into action, and where a different way forward becomes possible.
